Brian Harris

Brian Harris is an American former homicide sergeant with the Houston Police Department. He has over 35 years of law enforcement experience to his current roles as a consultant and investigator for major investigations, complex trials and True Crime Productions. As a Detective Sergeant with the Houston Police Department, he dedicated 22 years as a homicide investigator, handling over 400 complex cases that shaped his expertise in criminal investigations. A recognized authority in interviewing and training, he has educated thousands of officers both nationally and internationally in specialized areas including Interviewing and Interrogation Techniques, Homicide Investigation, and various other disciplines. He has earned national recognition, leading to appearances on major media outlets including Time magazine, ABC's 20/20 and Primetime, the History Channel, and Fox News Channel.
