Giselle Eisenberg

Giselle Eisenberg (born March 7, 2007, in Poughkeepsie, New York) is an American actress who began a remarkable career in film and television at a young age. She is one of a number of young actresses who appeared early on in both major Hollywood productions and successful TV series. She began auditioning for acting roles at the age of three. Her first casting was for a Holiday Inn commercial, which she got right away. She has an older sister, Julia Eisenberg, who is also an actress. Giselle Eisenberg became known to an international audience when, at the age of just five, she played the daughter of Leonardo DiCaprio and Margot Robbie in Martin Scorsese's film “The Wolf of Wall Street” (2013). Other notable roles: Life in Pieces (CBS) – Role: Sophia Hughes, one of her most famous characters, described as “sassy, spunky, tell-it-like-it-is”; American Housewife – Role: Anna-Kat Otto (season 5); guest roles in Law & Order: SVU, Believe, Flesh and Bone. Her film roles include: Sex Tape (2014) – supporting role; A Most Violent Year (2014) – role as Catherine Morales; Danny Collins (2015) – role as Hope Donnelly. Eisenberg is often praised for her ability to switch between comedy and drama, making her a versatile young actress. Her roles in Life in Pieces and A Most Violent Year in particular showcase her range between humorous lightness and serious character acting.
