Pierre Carl Ouellet

Carl Ouellet is a Canadian professional wrestler better known as PCO (“Perfect Creation One”), who began his career in 1987 and gained fame in the 1990s as part of The Quebecers in WWF before reinventing himself in 2016 as a monstrous, “French‑Canadian Frankenstein.” From 2018 to 2021 he wrestled in Ring of Honor, becoming ROH World Champion, ROH World Tag Team Champion, and ROH World Six‑Man Tag Team Champion, and later competed in Impact Wrestling (TNA) from 2022 to 2024, capturing the TNA Digital Media and Canadian International Heavyweight titles.
